Wo bin ich hier?

Hallo, folgendes lass ich mal unkommentiert. Heute hatte ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben um 11.30 mittags Angst in einer Stadt. 

• On Monday evening, Haas School students in Cheit Hall and other parts of our facility were told by police officers to remain in the building while officers searched the area for suspects who had been involved in an earlier armed robbery on campus.  The incident began in the center of campus near Haviland Hall when two suspects attempted to rob a student, who fought back. One of the suspects fired a BB gun at the student.  Campus police responded to emergency calls immediately, saw the suspects and gave chase.  Both suspects were apprehended.  During the chase, police were dispatched to any campus buildings that were still open and unlocked, such as Haas, to make sure that the suspects did not try to hide out there.

• On Sunday evening, several Haas School students were among the victims of an armed robbery at the Caffe Strada.  A male suspect walked into the patio area and sat down at a table where a number of people were working on their laptops.  In a quiet voice he told them to put their laptops in his duffel bag while displaying a handgun tucked in his waistband.  He also did this to another table.  A total of 6 individuals complied with his demand.  The suspect fled the scene on foot. Because the incident was not on campus, City of Berkeley police are handling the investigation.  The suspect has not been apprehended.
